How To make Cycle to Work Purchse?
Making Cycle to Work Purchase is easy. You can do it in our store in Dublin Tallaght where our staff will be available to assist you, or online on e-Bikes.ie
Online Purchase Step-by-Step:
- Choose a bike from our online store. Need help deciding? Check out our e-bikes guide for tips
- Add the bike to your cart and select "Buy Through Cycle to Work Scheme" at checkout
- Enter your employer's details, as they will be making the payment on your behalf
- To complete the order, we require a €50 deposit, which will be refunded once your employer finalises the payment
- You'll receive a Cycle to Work Quotation document from us. Simply give this to your employer and request them to complete the payment

Who can avail of the Cycle To Work Scheme?
Employees who pay PAYE, PRSI and USC are eligible for the scheme. If you are self-employed, you cannot take part in the scheme unless you pay PRSI as an employee in addition to your self-employed work.
How often can I avail of the scheme?
You can avail of the scheme every four years. You are not required to wait the full four years The four- year span between tax breaks is counted by tax years. If you availed of the scheme in September 2020, you can now buy a new bike and receive the next tax relief from January 2024.
How do I save money on the Cycle To Work Scheme?
You save money as your repayments come out of your salary before tax USC and PRSI are deducted. This means that someone on the highest rate of tax will save almost half of the cost of a new bike and equipment
What equipment does the Cycle To Work scheme cover?
The scheme covers new bikes and equipment. Equipment includes:
